BODY LANGUAGE (PHYSIOLOGICAL STATE)

We can easily identify what emotions someone is experiencing by simply looking at their gestures, movements, posture, or listening to their tone of voice. Body language also shows their attitude as well. Body language is very useful in our everyday life. For example, someone is passionately telling you something about the market, you may not remember all of what they said, and you then remember some gestures they used to emphasize a point. Everything comes back to you. This makes clear the point that you remember what you see rather than what you hear.

Using positive body language shows that you are interested in the conversation or person you are talking to. Using a flat tone of voice and very little movement shows a lack of interest. You tend to be livelier when you are interested in something. Working on your physiological state may appear bizarre, and you are probably wondering what it has to do with trading right? Well it is commonly known that when you carry yourself with good posture and positive body language you will start to feel better and notice too that people will more than likely prefer approaching a positive aura rather than a negative one. In turn, these good ‘vibes’ will improve your overall well-being.
